Job Summary:

We're seeking an energetic, data drivenSenior Director of Strategic Sourcing to leadRevance'sfull spend portfolio and serve as the enterprise owner of all indirect categories. This role will elevate procurement as an intentional, strategic enabler-driving value creation today while unlocking future growth through disciplined spend oversight andhigh impactsavings initiatives.

You will architect and execute a multiyear sourcing and supplier strategy, lead a companywide spend cube analysis to enhance visibility and prioritization, and consistently deliver annual savings across cost, cash, and risk. Success will require deep partnership with Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal to influence spend behaviors, strengthen decision making, and generate measurable, enterprise wide impact.

Location: Johnson City, TN onsite

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategy & Value Creation

    • Define and implement the enterprise sourcing strategy across indirectcategories,especiallyMarketing and Sales-tooptimizetotal cost of ownership (TCO), quality, service, risk, and speed.
    • Build, evaluateand lead acompany-wide spend cubeto drive insight-driven prioritization (consolidation, standardization, maverick-spend remediation, and supplier performance improvements).
    • Set and deliver annual savings, working-capital, and cost-avoidance targets; track and reportbenefitswith Finance using auditable methodologies.


  • Category Leadership (Indirect)

    • Own category strategies and sourcing pipelines forMarketing (agencies, media,digital, events), Sales enablement, Professional Services, IT & Software, Travel, Facilities/MRO, HR, and Corporate Services.
    • Run competitive events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), negotiate complex MSAs/SOWs, and manage renewals,optimizingcommercials (rates, SLAs, KPIs, credits) and contractual risk.


  • Process Excellence

    • Institutionalize best practices inbothdirect and indirect procurement(category management discipline, demand management, payment-term optimization, tail-spend control).


  • Stakeholder Partnership & Change Leadership

    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership; influence demand and specifications to unlock value without sacrificing outcomes (e.g., media mix, SOW design, license right-sizing).
    • Lead a high-performing team; attract and develop talent, set goals, and foster an outcome-oriented culture.




Basic Qualifications:



  • 10+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing with 5+ years leadingindirectcategories; proven impactonMarketing and Sales spend.
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiyear savings and EBITDA impact through category strategies, supplier governance, and rigorous benefits tracking.
  • Advancedproficiencywithspend analyticsand building/using aspend cube(suppliers O categories O business units) to guide strategy.
  • Expertnegotiatorwith strong contract/CLM literacy (MSAs/SOWs, SLAs, benchmarking, rate cards, IP/indemnities, data security, termination/exit).
  • Collaborative leader skilled at executive stakeholder engagement across Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and Operations.
