Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software within the Infor CloudSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application environment. This position also has a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within the CloudSuite family of applications including Global Human Resources (GHR), Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll. The Systems Analyst/Programmer III-ERP HCM works with Human Resources and Payroll personnel to ensure required functionality is delivered and supported. This role also serves as a MIS team leader for assigned projects within the HCM domain. Posting Period: 3/10/2026 to 3/23/2026 Location: Chelsea, MA Salary: $89,627.52 - $131,817.68 Annually $1,723.61 - $2,534.96 Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities
- Performs analysis, codes, configures, implements, maintains and supports new and existing software within the Infor CloudSuite HCM family of applications.
- Serves as the HCM application administrator.
- Collaborates with MIS, HR and Payroll teams ensuring the applications function and perform in an acceptable manner.
- Ensures processes and functionality of the HCM applications comply with the organization's requirements, processes and standards.
- Analyzes business requirements and transforms them into technical solutions.
- Develops, tests and implements configurations, workflows and reports that enhance the application to meet end user needs.
- Configures user roles and permissions within the applications.
- Provides functional and technical support and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
- Maintains, enhances and supports Payroll executions and configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
- Maintains, enhances and supports GHR and WFM configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
- Develops, implements and supports application integrations.
- Supports the submission and distribution of tax, wage and compliance forms.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for applications.
- Assists with the development and execution of IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Performs related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; and
- At least five (5) years of experience supporting ERP applications; or
- Any equivalent combination of education or experience.
- A valid Massachusetts driver's license or driver's license from another state.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification is required or the ability to obtain within one year.
- Position may be eligible for telework up to 50% of the work week.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM or Lawson S3 and Landmark with an emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, Position Budgeting and Absence and Time Management.
- Experience with Infor Landmark Pattern Language (LPL).
- Experience with developing Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
- Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Configuration Console.
- Experience with SQL and programmatic usage of enterprise databases.
- Experience with Infor ION and related middleware.
- Exposure to Infor Data Lake and related tools.
- Knowledge of Infor Birst reporting.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
