What We're Looking For
The Restaurant Server provides exceptional table service by delivering food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience. This role contributes directly to the restaurant's atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success.

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation

  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit

  • Process payments accurately using POS systems

  • Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations

  • Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar

  • Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked

  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

  • Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service

  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes

Required:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience

  • Strong guest service and communication skills

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Experience with POS systems

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
