Description Manage the tracking, utilization, and placement of collection trailers Serve as a point of contact for drivers, logistics, and operations staff, as well as external partners. Ensure trailers are maintained, complaints are addressed, and ready for operational needs. Support the continuous improvement initiative within logistics and operations Develop efficient routes and schedules for trailer transport Monitor driver performance and DOT regulations Collaborate with safety on training and incident reporting Analyze route performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal, state, and local standards. Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities per the Company's policies and applicable laws. Experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations Supervisory experience is preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Gritty, outgoing, and eager to learn.
