We have an opportunity for a Product Manager - Heat Pumps - to join our Charlotte NC team. You will be responsible for the strategy, development, and commercial performance of the Heat Pump product line within the Heating portfolio. This role reports to the Product Line Leader - Heaters and owns the day-to-day product lifecycle for Heat Pumps - from market insight and roadmap definition through launch execution and in-market optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership to deliver products that delight owners and pool professionals alike, differentiating Pentair in the market. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad visibility and a clear path to expanded portfolio ownership. You will:

Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300 - $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
