Account Manager, Primary Casualty, Argo Group

This position will support the overall underwriting function through customer service, processing various underwriting transactions, and data research and analysis. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering customer service excellence to our internal and external partners.

How You Will Create an Impact

  • Deliver exceptional service by managing account inquiries and processing endorsements, billing changes, and other requests with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and brokers to review files, analyze inspection reports, and resolve audits, ensuring comprehensive coverage for clients.

  • Uphold compliance and service standards by following established guidelines and procedures for all account transactions.

  • Build lasting relationships with underwriters, brokers, and business partners to provide high-quality support and exceed client expectations.

  • Take an active role in key projects, participate in broker visits, and contribute to continuous improvement within the division.

  • Gain hands-on experience in rating, issuing binders, preparing quotes, and supporting the full underwriting process.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • General Knowledge of the commercial insurance space is preferred.

  • Responsive and able to function effectively in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.

The typical base salary range is $67,218 - $78,438 (based on experience and location). Additionally, this position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. We're proud to offer a range of competitive and comprehensive benefits packages.
