- Manage project timelines and workflows for audience and community initiatives across major content and strategic campaigns.
- Track and report on deliverables for engagement strategies, creator amplification programs, and special activations.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation within advanced project management systems.
- Oversee content sourcing pipelines from creators and fans, collaborating closely with external agency partners.
- Ensure all creator and fan accounts adhere to strict brand safety guidelines and content standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with legal, content, and marketing stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
- Manage licensing and usage requirements for user-generated content amplification.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between internal teams and external agency partners.
- Organize and track recurring status meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are clearly documented.
- Facilitate alignment among cross-functional stakeholders across different content verticals.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or timing conflicts to leadership.
- Support the planning and execution of real-time engagement moments across various social platforms.
- Provide weekly project status updates, highlighting any risks or resource needs.
- Compile performance and sentiment summaries upon request to inform strategy.
- Maintain precise tracking of all engagement initiatives and creator programs.
- Ensure thorough documentation and smooth handoff processes at the conclusion of projects.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of extensive project management experience, with a heavy background in social media.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating online platforms and trends, with a keen understanding of digital culture.
- Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., equivalent to Airtable).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability in social listening and adeptness at identifying cultural trends and shifts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders and external partners.
