Shift: Shift runs 7 days/week (Flexibility is key! Hours vary depending on production needs.)

Ready to work hard and see the results in your paycheck? As a Machine Operator, you'll keep machines running, keep production moving, and earn steady pay along the way.

Tools of the Trade

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of previous experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Preferred experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting.
• Proven ability to consistently meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong comprehension of written and oral work instructions.
• Motivated and adaptable individual willing to learn new skill sets and assist in various areas as needed.
• Ability to perform minor consumable replacement when necessary.
• Knows how to utilize and understand the press software to print files. Successfully print on multiple substrates. Identify the parts and functions of the presses, along with understanding process groups.
• Basic computer skills and some mechanical experience preferred.

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate on a press platform
• Perform preventative maintenance on print equipment
• Use visual discrimination when performing quality checks
• Handle consumables appropriately to maintain safe and efficient use of materials
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
