What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-5 years of experience with reading blueprints and assembling electrical or mechanical products
• Able to read drawings to assemble/disassemble power conditioners and other electrical products.
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Put together, pack, and label products
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly
• Keep work areas safe and organized
• Lift 45 lbs and stay on your feet
• Show up on time, ready to hustle
• Team up with your crew to hit daily goals
