Account Based Marketing Program Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Contract 6 months to start

Overview

On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven ABM Program Manager to help design, execute, and scale Account-Based Marketing programs focused on high-value enterprise accounts. This role will support the launch of an ABM pilot targeting 10 enterprise accounts, using a 1:1 and 1:few engagement strategy, with the potential to scale to broader programs as results are validated. The ABM Program Manager will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns, measure performance, and build scalable playbooks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structured experimentation, performance measurement, and operational execution within B2B marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities



  • Execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
  • Develop account briefs and playbooks outlining account context, buying committees, and engagement strategies
  • Partner closely with Sales, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, etc., to coordinate campaigns
  • Manage timelines, audience targeting, and campaign execution
  • Define A/B tests, campaign KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Analyze engagement metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Translate campaign insights into repeatable processes and scalable ABM playbooks
  • Support planning and logistics for executive engagement initiatives and targeted events


Qualifications



  • 4-5 years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce required; Demandbase experience a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience running experiments and performance-driven marketing programs
  • Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, and scalable marketing processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
