To Get The Job You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of previous experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Preferred experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting.
• Proven ability to consistently meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong comprehension of written and oral work instructions.
• Motivated and adaptable individual willing to learn new skill sets and assist in various areas as needed.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Finishing of all products in the Large Format department.

How You'll Spend Your Shift

• Does quality inspections for high-quality output
• Adhere to established procedures for printer use and workflow
• Handle consumables appropriately to maintain safe and efficient use of materials
• Understanding simple and complex consumable life spans, and replacement procedures, when necessary
• Knowledge on all finishing capabilities with precision and high quality, including laminating, using a grommet machine, a wall cutter, and a javelin integra cutter
