Here's How You'll Own It: Previous warehouse leadership experience managing 8+ employees Experience in pick/pack fulfillment or e-commerce warehouse operations Strong communication, organization, and people management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment environment Hands-on leadership style with a team-focused approach Preferred Skills Experience with NetSuite, Google Workspace (Gmail/Sheets), or inventory systems Familiarity with warehouse productivity metrics and fulfillment workflows Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for shipment by the end of each shift Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members while maintaining productivity and safety standards Create daily staffing lineups to meet order fulfillment and shipping deadlines Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate inventory resets, and investigate discrepancies Ensure rack scanning and inventory locations are accurate for efficient order picking Maintain packing and operational supply levels Ensure accurate timekeeping and staff scheduling Assign and oversee special warehouse projects Support the General Manager with team performance management and discipline when necessary Maintain secure operations including daily warehouse alarm procedures Warehouse Manager Perks: We've Got Your Back Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
