Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Your Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of facilities maintenance or building trade experience
• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial facilities, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services
• Trade certifications or related technical training

The Day to Day

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks for commercial buildings and facility systems
• Complete minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures
• Conduct basic electrical maintenance, including replacing outlets, switches, lighting components, and ballasts
• Perform carpentry, drywall, and painting work to maintain building appearance and functionality
• Conduct facility and asset inspections and report findings
• Accurately document work orders, service reports, and inspection details using mobile technology and tablets
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal support teams to ensure service quality
• Order and manage materials required to complete maintenance tasks
• Provide estimates for larger repair or maintenance projects when needed
• Follow all safety procedures, training requirements, and compliance standards
