As a Security Officer - Primary Entrance Post in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location where you will manage access control, verify credentials, issue badges, and track visitor and employee movement. You will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, identification checks, and visitor management requirements in an industrial manufacturing location.
• Control entry and exit at gates, lobbies, and/or guard shacks by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining access logs, and directing traffic to authorized areas.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; report irregular activity and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching support, coordinating with emergency services as needed, and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, identify hazards to operations, and report maintenance or access issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
