RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Coordinate financial reports providing guidelines and guidance for the team members.
  • Consolidation of global reports, including Income Statement, Cashflow, KPIs and other financial reports and analysis
  • Preparation of financial decks to help support Business Leaders
  • Commercial activities: pricing analysis, program reviews, footprint strategies business case, cost models etc.
  • Cost model preparation, business case and gate review analysis
  • Responsible for the consolidation of financial reports, weekly flash, cash, monthly forecast, annual budget
  • Consolidation of monthly financial reports: pricing, mix, MCS, HC, Ops Performance, FX, etc.
  • Responsible for leading the calendar and communication and follow-up with plants
  • Assists Finance Director with closing activities for month end and other requested projects as needed

EDUCATION:




  • B.S. degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or relevant discipline.




EXPERIENCE:

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a finance role


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Ability to manage priorities and stay on schedule in a challenging environment.
  • Possess prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively
  • Committed to a teamwork approach.
  • Proven ability to hold self and others accountable for deliverables and expectations.


  • Adhere to the policy and practice of refusing to tolerate or allow behavior defined by Tenneco as unsafe.
  • Comply with Environmental Health & Safety Rules and Regulations. Understand and adhere to the EHS Cardinal Rules. Must be able to understand what hazards are associated with their position and how to minimize them.
  • All accidents/injuries/near misses no matter how slight must be reported to any member of management, and/or Environmental Health & Safety Manager who will follow escalation process.
