What You Need to Know

The ACMG Outcomes & Reporting Coordinator provides essential operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Director of ACMG Outcomes & Reporting. This role assists with collecting, validating, organizing, and preparing clinical and operational outcome data for palliative care and hospice services. The ACMG Outcomes & Reporting Coordinator supports the development of reports, presentations, dashboards, and tracking tools used across internal stakeholders, external partners, and hospital systems. The position works collaboratively with palliative care provider trams, Physician Operations, AccentCare IT/Analytics, and hospital partners to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data reporting-supporting the organization's clinical, operational, and contractual objectives.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (data analytics, healthcare administration, business or related field).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, analytics support, or healthcare operations
  • Minimum 2 years data analysis

As a ACMG Outcomes & Reporting Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist with gathering, scrubbing, validating and preparing data for palliative care and hospice services.
  • Act as liaison between AccentCare IT/Analytics and Hospital IT for the purposes of data exchange.
  • Prepare initial drafts of dashboards, summaries, scorecards, and trend reports for Director review.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting templates and submit reports on schedule.
  • Support development of outcome metrics by tracking required inputs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Help monitor contract-required outcomes, including productivity metrics and reporting commitments.
