*REMOTE Customer Service Representative * *Location:* Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Rochester, NY for training & quarterly onsite meetings)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST *Pay:* $18-$20/hr (Weekly pay + benefits) *Contract Length:* 7 months, with potential extension *About the Opportunity* Join a growing team in a highvisibility role where you'll directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a *Service Sales Associate*, you'll reconnect with customers whose service agreements have expired, guide them through renewal options, and help them get the support they need. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problemsolving, and working independently-while still having a supportive team behind them. *What You'll Do* * Reach out to customers with expired service agreements, warranties, or software assurance. * Clearly explain service entitlements, pricing, and renewal options. * Prepare accurate quotes and guide customers through renewal decisions. * Manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities and meet revenue goals. * Keep CRM and service systems updated with customer interactions. * Maintain organized communication and track renewal data using Excel. * Continue learning product and service offerings to support customer conversations. *What You Bring* * Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills. * Customer service experience with confidence in explaining and negotiating service options. * Ability to quickly learn product knowledge (document scanners, software, support services). * High proficiency in Microsoft Office-especially Excel. * Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus. * Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and comfortable working independently. *Work Environment* * Fully remote after initial training. * *Training schedule:* * Week 1: Onsite (Mon-Wed) * Starting Week 2: Onsite Wednesdays until training is complete * Join a collaborative team of 12, including Account Managers and crossfunctional partners. * Independent role with strong support, structured onboarding, and clear expectations. *Why This Role Matters* Your work directly fuels revenue recovery and customer retention. You'll play a key part in rebuilding the service pipeline and supporting a new pilot program designed to expand the service team's capabilities. *Why This Role Is Open* This position is part of a new initiative focused on recovering lost revenue and strengthening longterm customer relationships. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
