Operations Supervisor of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services

As the Operations Supervisor for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services, the position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of outpatient rehab programs, the scheduling of staff and patients, the assignment of ancillary staff in a support role, and maintaining core staffing in rehab areas.

They will also be responsible for overseeing patient volumes, and patient and staff satisfaction. Works closely with Director Non-Invasive Cardiology and Trauma Services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in medical/science field of study required.

• NY state Nursinglicense or ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification required.

• 5 or more years of Cardiac and/or pulmonary rehab programs required.

• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.

• Strong PC computer experience.
