The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic provides pre and post-operative evaluation and care for pediatric and adult reconstructive surgery related to body injuries and conditions, burns, pressure ulcer and wound closure, cleft lip and palate, facial and jaw injuries, hand injuries, head and neck tumors, breast and skin cancer as well as tissue transfer/transplant. The clinic also cares for patients who have undergone transgender health surgeries such as vaginoplasty, phalloplasty, mastoplasty, and mastectomies.

Shifts: 40 hours/week, 8 hour day shifts; No weekends!

Qualifications:
* BSN/MSN preferred. Must be from an accredited nursing program
* Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire.
* Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
* BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
* 2 years of RN experience required - preferably working with post-op patients (wounds and drains) and triage
* Ability to role model and support practices consistent with evidenced based care, guide others with plan of care, independently make clinical decisions in complex situations, and proactively assist others with patient assignment.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
