Genesis10 is currently seeking a QA Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a senior-level QA Analyst to support a Cyber Data Operations team. This candidate will be involved in QA testing efforts to design and execute test cases for a data warehouse and data dashboards. This role supports the delivery of reliable systems by identifying, reporting, and tracking defects and verifying that requirements are met. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance phases Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve issues Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain test documentation Participate in agile scrum calls with the data warehouse team and provide feedback on system usability and stability Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools Identify, evaluate, and manage the documentation and deliverables required for each project testing and automation Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis Financial services and banking background preferred Must have comprehensive knowledge of and experience in the use of Test management tools, i.e., JIRA Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Good communication and documentation skills Must be able to scrub and analyze data Strong experience writing SQL queries, familiarity with joins, CTEs, looking for data outliers, etc Desired skills: Experience in the use of Confluence Pay rate up to $63.55 hourly.
