The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 per year.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Architectural Specialties, the Senior Manager, Exterior Metal Finance serves as a strategic financial leader for a growing Exterior Metal business. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive profitable growth through strong financial stewardship, strategic planning, and datadriven insights. With responsibility spanning financial planning, reporting, manufacturing costing, and M&A support, this position plays a critical role in shaping business strategy, improving operational performance, and maximizing longterm value.

What You'll Do

  • Provide financial leadership and strategic analysis for the Exterior Metal business, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Exterior Metal and leadership team to develop and execute business strategy.
  • Lead annual strategic planning, operating plans, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Analyze financial results and deliver executivelevel insights on performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Oversee development and tracking of KPIs to provide visibility into strategic initiatives.
  • Lead manufacturing costing and financial tools to assess inflation, product mix, productivity, and profitability.
  • Support M&A activity through financial evaluation, diligence, and integration planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and technology.
  • Provide leadership for ERP implementations and broader digital transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in S&OP processes alongside pricing, operations, and sales teams to support growth.
  • Lead, develop, and coach finance managers across the Exterior Metal business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of experience with advanced knowledge of manufacturing accounting.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated operational leadership and change management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BW, Hyperion, Epicor, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fastpaced environment.

  • Prior experience as a plant controller in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Previous peoplemanagement or supervisory experience.
  • CPA certification.
