The Wealth Administrator supports Mascoma Wealth Management by delivering high-quality administrative, operational, and client service support across all aspects of the client relationship lifecycle. This role manages client inquiries, oversees servicing workflows, prepares documentation for account activity, maintains accurate records, and assists Wealth Advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up. The position also contributes to departmental initiatives, provides general office and operational support, and upholds organizational policies while ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients and colleagues alike.

Mascoma Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Wealth Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will provide administrative and operational support that enables our Wealth Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences. From answering client inquiries to preparing meeting materials and managing account documentation, you will serve as a key partner in ensuring that client needs are met promptly, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining strong relationships with our clients and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a variety of responsibilities including processing service requests, supporting account maintenance, coordinating documentation and signatures, updating records, and collaborating with advisors on pipelines and workflow management. You may also assist with financial planning data entry, department initiatives, and general office support needs. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt effectively as priorities shift throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Education: College Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Knowledge of financial/investment services
  • Position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook
  • Excellent people and communication skills with past experience in a client service role.
  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with Mascoma Bank appearance policy

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • May require some driving to meet clients, bank activities and meetings.
  • Varied work with a normal expenditure of energy and little or no unusual physical effort?
  • May involve incidental business machine operations
  • Work involves intermittent periods of stationary positioning and traversing
  • Working conditions include well-lit and well-ventilated areas
