SUMMARY

The employee assists the Chief Clerk of the Detective Bureau to ensure the office operates efficiently. The employee provides administrative support to the County Detective(s) and Investigators through, but not limited to, performing database queries, processing, and collection of information in furtherance of our mission. This is a part-time position that averages between16-24 hour per week.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for ensuring adequate supplies to meet the needs of office personnel to efficiently perform the mission of the office.
  • Coordinates training for County Detective Bureau employees.
  • Responsible for ADP payroll entry for all Montgomery County Detective Bureau.
  • Assists with National Night Out Promotional material.
  • Coordinates annual intern class for Detective Bureau.
  • Provides administrative support for Chief County Detective.
  • Assist with filing of personnel folders/material.
  • Assist with scanning of documents as needed into various servers/data bases.
  • Prepare documents to be archived.
  • Processes work-orders to the County for Office maintenance.
