Overview

The Director, Global Change Management will establish and lead the Office of Change Management (OCM) to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for global projects, M&A integrations and large-scale organizational initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a standardized change management framework to ensure consistency, predictability and cultural alignment across all transformation efforts. The Director will partner with senior leadership, project teams, and business units to embed change management practices into the organization, enabling employees to adapt quickly and effectively to change. The OCM ensures every transformation - whether driven by technology, growth or acquisition is strategically managed, culturally aligned and executed with minimal disruption, enabling the organization to achieve its global objectives efficiently and effectively. This position will report to the Vice President, Project Management and Integration, with a dotted line matrixed to the Chief HR Officer.



Responsibilities

    Build and lead the Change Management Office as a center of excellence, defining frameworks, methodologies, and tools for consistent change delivery. Build and manage a team of change management professionals to support enterprise initiatives.
  • Enterprise Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement enterprise management strategies to support major organization initiatives. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote understanding and adoption of change management practices. Design and deliver communication strategies that promote transparency and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Communication Planning: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and educate teammates about change initiatives. Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct readiness, adoption, and impact assessments to understand how change management initiatives will affect different parts of the organization. Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Culture and Behavioral Change: Drive cultural and behavioral change by promoting the benefits of change management and the Change Management Office. Develop and deliver training programs to build change leadership skills across the organization. Coach leaders and managers on best practices for leading through change.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Develop success metrics, track the progress of change initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness. Gather feedback from teammates and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform decision-making and improve future efforts.

  • The wage range for this position is $140,820.00-$211,240.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience


Qualifications

Education
* Bachelor's Degree Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (required)
* Master's Degree (preferred)

Experience
* 10+ years experience in change management, organizational development, or related field (required) and
* 7+ years leading enterprise-wide change initiatives and building change management capabilities. (required)
* 1+ years Experience in establishing a Change Management Office or similar function (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model). High
* Knowledge of organizational behavior, culture, and leadership dynamics. High
* Familiarity with project management practices and integration with change management. Medium
* Understanding of communication strategies and adult learning principles. High
* Leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team. High
* Communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for diverse audiences. High
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess impacts and develop mitigation strategies. High
* Strategic planning and execution skills to align change initiatives with business objectives. High
* Proficiency in change management tools and software (e.g., project dashboards, analytics platforms). Medium
* Influence and build relationships at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. High
* Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High
* Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience during periods of transformation. High
* Translate complex concepts into actionable plans for stakeholders. High

Licenses and Certifications
* Certified Change Management Professional - Upon Hire (preferred)
* - PROSCI, ACMP, or related certifications Upon Hire (preferred)
