Job Description Customer SuccessAs the connection between the client and company, the Customer Success team serves as both the voice of the customer and the face of Arity. Customer Success is - you guessed it - a customer-centric team working daily to develop shared goals through practical solutions, which offer real results. Collaborating daily with sales, engineering, product, and business strategy teams, Customer Success manages diverse relationships with grace and skill. They're empowered to flex their creativity when solving problems, onboarding clients, and gathering customer feedback to ensure continued satisfaction. The Role The Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving delivery execution, architectural consistency, and cross-functional coordination across integration and application initiatives. This role acts as the operational counterpart to the Technology Manager, ensuring technical quality, scalable design, and predictable delivery. This individual will own day-to-day engineering coordination while partnering closely on roadmap strategy, architecture direction, and platform evolution. This is a player-coach role requiring meaningful hands-on work, as well as leading, guiding, and elevating others doing similar work. Responsibilities
