Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Test Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving all test activities across the software development lifecycle for mission critical DoD systems. The role requires strong leadership abilities, hands on QA expertise, and experience managing test efforts for complex systems. Requires an understanding of how testing is seamlessly integrated into Agile sprints and supports continuous delivery pipelines while driving consistent improvements in product quality and team performance. Requires development experience to support test script creation, database queries, and performance load testing.
