Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role * Job Summary The Head of AI Center of Excellence (AICOE) is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise execution capability that enables AI to scale safely, consistently, and with measurable business impact. Rather than owning individual projects, this role owns the system through which AI and automation solutions are identified, delivered, adopted, and industrialized across the organization. Acting as the central bridge between business leadership, Technology, Data, Architecture, and Governance, the AICOE Leader ensures business problems are translated into deployable AI solutions and that successful patterns are reused across the enterprise. Success is defined by sustained operational and financial outcomes, not experimentation or tool deployment. Operating at executive leadership level, this role requires a senior, hands-on transformation leader who has previously scaled AI or automation initiatives in complex organizations. The individual will mobilize cross-functional teams without reliance on hierarchy, create clarity in ambiguity, and establish the operating rhythms, standards, and delivery models that allow AI adoption to accelerate over time. Travel Requirements Travel Requirements: Less than 25% Education Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree In computer engineering or related field.
