Boucher Group Inc. is looking for a full-time Staff Accountant in the Automotive Industry for our large Dealer Group, who's offices are in Waukesha WI. We are a top-rated workplace. Job responsibilities are:

Support day-to-day accounting operations, including cost accounting, payables, receivables and financial systems.

Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments

Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies

Maintain accurate accounting records

Interdepartmental collaboration and financial support

Applicant MUST:

2+ year degree in Accounting or Finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables) and knowledge of accounting platforms

Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
