Boucher Group Inc. is looking for an experienced full-time Senior Accountant in the Automotive Industry for our large Dealer Group, who's offices are in Waukesha WI. We are a top-rated workplace. Job responsibilities are:

Drive financial reporting and month-end close, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including cost accounting, payables, receivables and financial systems.

Deliver clear, actionable insights by analyzing financial data and presenting findings to leadership

Lead projects that improve financial processes and controls

Applicant MUST:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of accounting or finance experience

Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables) and knowledge of accounting platforms

Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
