Rehabilitation Technician PRN

Inova Mt. Vernon Hospital - Rehabilitation Therapy is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join the team. This role will be a PRN position with covering at multiple locations on-site at Inova hospitals. Hours are typically between 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Rehab Services Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies.

  • Assists with the patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities.

  • Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

  • Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0 years of experience
  • Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
