Are you a meticulous and experienced Data Quality Assurance professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's dynamic team, focusing on ensuring the highest standards of data quality within their robust data ecosystem. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the accuracy and consistency of vital information, directly influencing business intelligence and operational efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability of critical financial data, empowering informed decision-making and supporting the client's commitment to excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for data integration processes within a financial data-centric environment.

* Debug and troubleshoot complex data transformation logic, including database stored procedures and table-valued functions.

* Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data sources and targets to ensure the highest data quality.

* Collaborate closely with development and business teams to understand data requirements and ensure robust data quality standards are met.

* Identify, document, and track data defects through to resolution, contributing to continuous improvement.

* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data quality assurance processes and methodologies.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of hands-on experience using modern data integration and transformation tools.

* 3+ years of experience debugging database stored procedures and table-valued functions.

* 5+ years of hands-on, demonstrable experience with a leading data validation and testing platform.

* 3-5 years of SQL experience, including the ability to interpret complex SQL statements, views, and stored procedures.

* Good working knowledge of data warehousing principles and data integration (ETL) concepts.

* Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a keen eye for data quality.

* Exposure to using project management and collaboration tools for tracking and workflow.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar area of study.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within the financial services industry.
