Position Summary The Head Strength & Conditioning coach will design, program, implement & monitor the strength and conditioning program for all intercollegiate teams. Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Athlete Health and Performance, is responsible for the development of sport-specific weight training regimens for all intercollegiate student athletes, including demonstrating proper weight training technique and prescribed exercises. Monitor and demonstrate safe lifting technique and practices. Track and evaluate individual and team attendance & performance with designed strength & conditioning programs. Collaborate with Athletic Training staff and coaches to develop strength & conditioning programs to strengthen overall performance and to prevent injuries. Assist the Athletic Training staff in monitoring rehabilitation programs. Requires a working knowledge of NCAA compliance rules. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $78,834.87 to USD $96,353.71. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
