* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong management and organization skills * Ability to work with culturally diverse population * Ability to work across all levels of management and staff * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Additional InformationSalary $70,304 - $71,760 Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
