Program Supervisor

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program performance benchmarks.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Conduct mid-year review and annual performance evaluations, provide coaching, and monthly scorecards to employees.
• Monitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing adjustments and corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Conducts weekly team meetings to support staff coordination and performance
• Actively participates in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives
• Maintains consistent, transparent, and effective communication with staff and peers
• Reviews and evaluates comprehensive service plans to ensure quality and compliance
• Oversees TDS staff to ensure participants' progress is effectively monitored toward achieving self-sufficiency goals
• Performs additional duties as assigned in support of program operations

* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong management and organization skills

* Ability to work with culturally diverse population

* Ability to work across all levels of management and staff

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

Salary $70,304 - $71,760
