ServiceNOW Solutions Architect

Job Title: ServiceNOW Solutions Architect.
Location: Chantilly, VA.

• Must be a subject matter expert on ServiceNOW (SNOW) and all its modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM and SPM.
• Extensive solutions architecture experience with SNOW.
• The role will analyze high-level requirements and make recommendations on the appropriate SNOW module and functionality that best meets the need.
• They will help manage and update the SNOW roadmap.
• Excellent communications skills are needed. They will need to be able to speak to and understand business requirements, and convey information about solution assessments to business users and executives.
• Will provide executive reporting on the SNOW pipeline, assessments, and recommendations.
• Experience and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.
