The Supply Technician accurately and efficiently portions, pulls, stocks, rotates, cleans and organizes food in all storage and prep areas according to state, federal, health code, and company standards. This role helps receive new inventory and keeps a record of current inventory to ensure that all materials and equipment are accounted for and ready for use. This role also assists with floor stock, off site deliveries, food prep and service support, and catering support. Essential Job Function Receives and unpacks deliveries, verify inventory, and discard any spoiled or contaminated food items. Follows procedure to prevent food spoilage and waste. Prepares food rotation labels and use them to ensure optimal use of key ingredients. Adheres to best labeling to ensure that food items are discarded if they are not used on time. Cleans and sanitizes workstation according to regulatory rules and procedures in order to maintain cleanliness standards. Helps keep a record of inventory of supplies and equipment to account for them when needed. Follows safety and sanitation protocols in order to ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience Required: 1 year Licensure/Certification/Listing Required: Valid Driver's License (if driving a Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be approved by Risk Management)Preferred: Food handler ServSafe within 12 months.
