Requisition ID req36216 Working Title Supv,Fleet Svcs & Parking Fac Position Grade 12 Position Summary The Fleet and Facilities Supervisor provide oversight and operational management of Parking & Transportation Services fleet assets, parking facilities, and related infrastructure. This position supervises fleet and facilities staff and ensures the safe operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of department vehicles, buses, parking structures, and surface lots. The supervisor coordinates preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, vendor services, and safety inspections for the department's fleet vehicles and parking infrastructure. The position also ensures operational continuity for transportation services and maintains parking facilities to support accessibility, safety, and effective campus mobility. This position works closely with departmental leadership, vendors, the financial division for quote and payment processes, and campus partners to ensure efficient maintenance operations and timely response to operational needs, including emergency repairs, special events, and campus service disruptions. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. Position may require lifting equipment or materials, operating maintenance equipment, and responding to operational issues in varying weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
