The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to deliver highquality, compassionate patient care. This role maintains professional accountability for all assigned patients and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, upholds patient rights, and ensures confidentiality of all patient information.
