The Role:

The Digital Business Transformation team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Testing & Requirements to drive critical program delivery across testing, requirements validation, process mapping, and business readiness. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detailoriented, and selfdriven leader who can operate confidently in complex, crossfunctional environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, COE, and program leadership to ensure endtoend business processes are fully understood, validated, and successfully adopted. This role will shape testing strategy, lead requirements validation, drive process mapping, and assess risks to ensure delivery readiness and successful deployment outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Testing & Validation:

  • Lead the development and execution of endtoend business testing, including test strategy, test case design, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, process flows, and test cases to validate full coverage.
  • Partner with IT to confirm testing environments, data readiness, and integration points are aligned for a successful test cycle.

Requirements Management

  • Validate business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, feasibility, and alignment across teams.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and document futurestate business needs with precision.
  • Challenge assumptions and ensure requirements reflect operational realities and business value.

Process Mapping:

  • Lead endtoend process mapping for currentstate and futurestate workflows.
  • Identify process gaps, dependencies, integration needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across crossfunctional teams to ensure shared understanding of process changes.

Business Readiness & Adoption:

  • Assess organizational readiness and identify training, communication, and change impacts.
  • Support development of training plans, adoption strategies, and readiness criteria.
  • Partner with business SMEs to ensure new capabilities are understood and operationally viable.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify delivery risks across testing, requirements, process design, environment readiness, and user adoption.
  • Develop and drive mitigation plans, escalating critical blockers with clear options and recommendations.
  • Provide structured updates to program leadership and ELT as needed.

CrossFunctional Leadership:

  • Coordinate work across business SMEs, IT partners, COE, and program leadership.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions, deep dives, and decision forums.
  • Prepare highquality executive summaries, dashboards, and readouts.

What We Seek:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, testing, or transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in business testing, including UAT planning and endtoend validation.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and drive clarity across complex initiatives.
  • Experience developing process maps using tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to identify risks and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience in largescale digital transformation or ERP deployments.
  • Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP, OBP, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting change management, training readiness, and business adoption.
  • Prior experience working with global or crossregional teams.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering or 5+years of planning, operations or supply chain work experience
  • A proactive, selfdriven leadership style.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for structure, clarity, and highquality delivery.
  • The ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable insights.
  • Organization skills
