The Private Banking and Wealth Management Professional Services division is growing rapidly and is seeking a Business Readiness Lead.

The Project Management Office is accountable for the success of all SEI Client implementation and conversion activities within the Professional Services Organization. The PMO provides standardized project management, consulting, queue management, project execution, specialized Investment Management and Wealth Management consulting and services support (SMEs), and communication to the stakeholders. As a Business Readiness Lead, you'll ensure SEI's Private Banking clients are fully prepared for successful implementation and conversion projects. You'll collaborate across teams, drive readiness metrics, and deliver operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Partner Coordination (related to Implementations) and ensure all business readiness activities align with PMO standards.
  • Recommend enhancements to PMO standards based on project lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the development of readiness metrics to support go/no-go decisions, tailored to each client conversion.
  • Act as the Professional Services subject matter expert for operational, middle-office, and front-office workflow and procedure development.
  • Support clients and stakeholders in making policy decisions, defining post-conversion organizational structures, and assessing business impacts of implementation decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients and third parties to analyze and design workflows for client-retained activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of testing in Model Office environments and during Dress Rehearsals.
  • Coordinate with Client Operations to clarify roles and responsibilities between internal teams and the client.
  • Working with Data Conversion and Configuration leads to assessing processing exceptions and identifying necessary changes to the operating model.
  • Collaborating with market unit solutions leads to integrating solution requirements into the overall roadmap.
  • Partner with Relationship Management to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the financial services industry products and solutions
  • Self-Starter - ability to independently manage responsibilities with limited support
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Conversion project experience
  • Strong technical proficiency and communication skills
  • Travel required up to 25% max but typically 10-15%
