THE ROLE:

The Associate Digital Producer is a key support member of the Digital Production team, helping maintain high-quality experiences across O&O TVE and SVOD sites and apps. This role supports video viewing and engagement goals by assisting with digital production, sponsorship execution and performance tracking across platforms. The Associate Digital Producer works closely with Producers to coordinate across teams and brands, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. They also assist with research and analysis that informs KPI tracking and helps guide strategic planning and execution. They may also help manage the workload of a Digital Production Assistant.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Content Production

  • Gather assets and use CMS to launch, maintain, schedule and optimize TVE Watch apps, SVOD apps and brand websites based on Producer guidance.
  • Assist Producers with updates on Editorial/TVE homepages as needed
  • Escalate any inefficiencies with processes, or the CMS, to Producers, along with proposed solutions.
  • Work on special projects, including audits and site and app relaunches
  • Help guide a Digital Production Assistant with tasks and workload; note and communicate pain points.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Troubleshoot sites and apps, escalating issues to Product and Development teams and following up as needed; QA fixes.
  • Understand Marketing and Scheduling priorities.
  • Partner with Producers to make recommendations to improve product features or marketing tactics.
  • Attend meetings in place of Producers, as needed, to gather information and take notes.

Content Strategy

  • Develop expertise on your assigned products and its audience patterns.
  • Develop familiarity with our full network of brands.
  • Assist with pulling data for Producers as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze app and site metrics to make recommendations to drive viewing or deepen engagement.

Revenue and Sales Support

  • Assist Producers with executing and QA-ing sponsorship packages on owned and operated digital platforms.

Content Creation

  • Assist Producers with research to help develop ancillary content and experiences to support Programming and Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4+ years in streaming media or digital media
  • Experience working in a CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Contentful, Drupal), optimally for websites and/or apps.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow content schedules
  • Experience with project management/organization systems like Airtable, Jira, etc.
  • Experience pulling analytics data using tools like Adobe, Amplitude and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working on audits or large projects.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgement
  • Familiarity with research tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console; knowledge of SEO
  • A love of information, entertainment and streaming platforms
  • General interest in AI
CompensationHourly Pay Range: $36.10 - $41.51 Annual Incentive Target: 5%
