Administrative Assistant / Office Clerk Location:Opa Locka, FL (22046) Job ID: #72312 Pay Range: $14-15.50 Shift: 1st shift, M - F 7:00am - 3:30pm, some mandatory & voluntary over time on SATs ON-SITE work only Open to US Citizens & US Permanent Residents THE COMPANY -Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies. Jo b Details: * Keep Quality records and archiving files * Managing and organizing files (physical and digital) * Prepare and scan documents * Scanning / Upload to the D2 system * Maintaining records, Data entrydatabases, and filing systems * Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets (MS Excel) * Handling data entry with accuracy * Ordering Office Supplies and maintaining office supplies * Assisting with: Billing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping ( this experience is a plus) This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines.
