Essential Duties Responsibilities:



  • Opens the office daily.
  • Greets visitors at the front window with professionalism, oversees iLobby VMS system and makes sure specific requirements are met.
  • Answers phone and directs calls.
  • Maintains and issues gate clickers.
  • Schedules conference rooms and ensures they are available and clean prior to visitors arriving.
  • Coordinates luncheons for meetings & trainings. Distribute once the orders arrive.
  • Assists Human Resources as needed with filing and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Prepares postings for bulletin boards as needed.
  • Distributes faxes, copies and mail daily.
  • Prints Litmos reports and posts weekly.
  • Files new/updated master documents and master sanitation in binders.
  • Maintains PPE spreadsheet and creates shoe and eyewear vouchers for new or existing employees; places safety boot orders.
  • Takes responsibility for keeping the front office area, lobby and conference room clean daily.
  • Keeps stock and orders office supplies.
  • Refill utensils and condiments in the break room as needed
  • Special projects/duties for management as assigned; general office support.
  • Maintain accurate files.
  • Close the office daily.


Coverage



  • The Office Clerk is trained in daily coverage of the Receptionist Job Description and able to perform coverage in this position as needed.


Education and Experience



  • Ability to type at least 50 words a minute
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills
  • Excellent clerical skills and perception
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Training and/or experience as a secretary, receptionist or other clerical assignment



Skills and Competencies



  • Standing: Occasionally
  • Sitting: Most of the day (a minimum of 5 hours)
  • Walking: Occasionally
  • Bending: Occasionally
  • Twisting of Spine: Occasionally
  • Lifting: Light (less than 30 lbs) infrequently
  • Carrying: Light (30 - 50 lbs) infrequently distance - 100 ft.
  • Pushing/Pulling under 75 lbs. without assistance infrequently.


Education and Experience



  • Required High School Diploma or GED. Additional education preferred.
  • 4-5 years clerical experience
  • Microsoft Office experience is required; computer knowledge is essential.
  • Organizational and Administrative knowledge required.
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Communication skills are a must.
  • Multi-tasked individual.



Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is
$24 $26 USD
