Goldman Sachs is hiring a Vice President on the Private Wealth Marketing team to support the Private Bank & Deposits business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing plans to educate and inform advisors about the Private Bank & Deposits business, products and initiatives to drive awareness and adoption.

Ideal candidates will possess strong writing and communication skills, be detail-oriented and is a collaborative team player. This candidate should also be a creative thinker and be eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing team's processes. Analytical skillset and data-driven mindset are key as we measure quantitative and qualitative data regarding the impact of our engagement efforts with advisors.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of lending and cash management products, and experience working with financial advisors or sales teams. They should have experience with internal education and training.

Wealth Management Integrated Marketing

As a Vice President within our Wealth Management Marketing team, you will serve as a growth partner to the business, designing and executing strategic marketing plans to connect around our premier products, solutions and platform. You will lead brand and content initiatives, driving engagement through clear communication and data-informed insights. This role is designed for a strategic communicator who works effectively across finance, marketing, and business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy development:Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing plans for flagship products and must-win audiences. Use a data-centric, iterative approach to pioneer new marketing tactics, ensuring our engagement strategies remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
  • Thought leadership:Craft and refine high-impact thought leadership and client materials that translate complex financial concepts into compelling, actionable stories.
  • Collaborate Globally:Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, external agencies, and advisor teams to ensure a seamless, multi-channel brand experience.
  • Advisor Enablement:Partner directly with regional leadership to equip advisor teams with the tools and insights needed to drive product awareness.
  • Optimize for Excellence:Lead the continuous evolution of our marketing processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and effective delivery.
  • Strategic Oversight:Manage critical business functions, including budget tracking and vendor partnerships.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience:6+ years in integrated or financial services marketing, ideally with experience in investments marketing
  • Strong Communication Skills:Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strategic Project Leader:Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from ideation through to execution.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:A self-starter who seeks to improve existing processes and develop effective new workflows.
  • Resilient & Agile:Works effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and remains composed under pressure.

Additional Information

  • Role requires light travel to regional offices throughout the year

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York United States-based position is $115000-$270000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
