Job Summary:
The GSE Parts Specialist Support Representative is responsible for managing all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) parts, materials and support to ensure maintenance operations are supported efficiently and costeffectively. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely parts procurement, proper storage, and full documentation of all parts transactions.
The Specialist works closely with GSE maintenance teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce downtime, and support safe and reliable equipment performance across Unifi operations.

Job Duties:
Maintain accurate inventory of all GSE parts, supplies, and materials to support maintenance operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Issue parts to mechanics and ensure all transactions are properly documented in the CMMS.
Assist mechanics in part's research and supply chain options
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts proactively to prevent shortages and minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring parts are properly labelled, secured, and stored according to safety and environmental standards.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Track parts usage, costs, and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and maintenance planning.
Assist with warranty claims, core returns, and vendor credit processes.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, FAA, airport authority and Unifi policies requirements related to parts handling, hazardous materials, and storage including hazardous waste disposal.
This is a full-time on-site position.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in GSE parts management is required.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components used in GSE preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, technical diagrams, and equipment documentation.
Strong communication and customerservice skills.
Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening.
Valid driver's license required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time on-site position.
Work performed in maintenance shops, parts rooms, and warehouse environments.
Must be able to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Some overtime may be required.
