These (2) Vice President roles are executive leadership positions responsible for enterprise-wide profit and growth planning and comprehensive enterprise expense management. Core leadership expectations include enterprise target setting, cost and expense governance, budgeting/forecasting, management reporting, performance management, and strategic analytics support across the organization.

Ideal candidates will bring significant experience within Property and Casualty industry preferably within Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Portfolio planning. Experience with modeling tools (Anaplan) is preferred. Preferred candidates will have comprehensive financial planning experience spanning both agency channels as well as direct-to- consumer distribution channels. In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110. #LI-Onsite We provide benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
