Position Overview Employment Type: FullTime Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Environment: Onsite Compensation * Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour * Performance Incentives: * $20 per qualified transfer * $40 per qualified transfer from aged leads * Pay Schedule: Biweekly Job Responsibilities * Conduct highvolume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists or dialer systems * Proactively engage prospects by identifying needs, building rapport, and presenting products or services effectively * Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining eligibility or interest * Overcome objections through persuasive, valuebased communication and problemsolving * Transfer qualified prospects or close sales in accordance with company processes * Accurately document call outcomes, customer information, and followup actions in CRM systems * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals * Maintain compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and callquality standards * Follow up with prospects as required to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities * Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to improve scripts, strategies, and overall performance Benefits & Training * W2 employee status * Health insurance eligibility * Comprehensive onboarding and rolespecific training provided Qualifications & Skills * 1-2 years of sales or call center experience preferred * Entrylevel candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply * Prior tax or financial services experience is a plus, but not required * Comfortable working in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment * Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and reliability Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
