Description: TEKsystems is hiring for Bi-Lingual Call Center Representatives that will be onsite 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ. Will be completing both inbound and outbound calls in a fastpaced call center environment with both English and Spanish speaking callers- must be fluent in both. Reps will speak with homeowners who are past due on their mortgage, identify the reason for delinquency, and work with them to set up customized payment plans to bring their loan current. Will assist inbound callers with general mortgage servicing questions, process payments, and refer eligible customers to refinancing teams when appropriate. There will be a 2 week training period that will be mandatory with no absenses followed by a 30 day no time off period. *Outstanding attendance is a MUST for this position* Top Skills: MUST BE BILINGUAL- ENGLISH/SPANISH- Must be fluent in both, this will be validated in the interview. 1. Customer Service & Phone Communication (preferably in a call center)- inbound and outbound calling 2. Demonstrated ability to work in a fact paced environment 3. Attention to Detail & Proficiency with internal software systems Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. 100% on-site M-F. Call center environment.
