Technical Project Manager with digital channel experience - can work with cross functional teams including developers (i.e. should understand what it means if a API is down), BA's, Scrum Masters, etc. Strong core PM foundational experience - can handle high pressure situations 2. Application development - should come from a career of managing app dev projects - developer earlier in their career is great if they have that 3. Customer facing experience - not just back-end internal experience 4. Deploy and deliver in Agile - understand APIs, .NET, AWS project work 5. Any AI or CC experience is a huge plus - worked within projects where agents have been implemented 6. Experience driving Agile programs - Strong PPT skills Nice to have skills or certifications: o 1. Fluent in smart sheet and JIRA o 2. Application development project management experience o 3.Agile methodology/sprint planning *Description* Skill description Role Summary: As a Project Manager with technical expertise in payments solutions, you will lead cross-functional projects that enhance and innovate our payments services for contact center. Your focus will be on delivering secure, compliant, and customer-centric payment experiences across omnichannel. You will coordinate with business, product and technology teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end project delivery of payments-related initiatives (e.g., payment gateways, fraud prevention, refunds, multi-channel payment solution integrations) within the technology environment. * Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payment integrations for multiple sales channels, including contact centers. * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Primary Responsibilities: * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Ensure resource availability and allocation * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders * Perform risk management to minimize project risks * Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals * Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis * Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members * Use and continually develop leadership skills * Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency * Perform other related duties as assigned * Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need Qualifications: Degree in Business Management or other related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
