Description The customer service team is the end point for the customers, they speak and collaborate with them for order entry, tracking, customer support, issues and anything the customer might need. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist both internal and external customers to facilitate general sales support including ordering, reporting and overdelivering a world class customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Systems, Cummins Allison group, responsible for: - 40+ calls/day * Order entry and release for National Account orders * Customer maintenance * Client Satisfaction * Reporting on metrics Skills call center, excel macros, Customer service, account management Top Skills Details call center Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Haves: - 2 years of call center experience or high volume customer service from B2B - Order Entry - Industrial Manufacturing Industry - Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams Nice Haves: - Salesforce.com Soft Skills: - Work on a team and collaborate well together - Open minded to change and change of process * Action Orientation: You make timely decisions and display a sense of urgency. * Customer Service Oriented: You possess a drive to serve your "customers" and focus on responding promptly to project team needs. * Follow Through: Your focus is on priorities, and you deliver against those without letting details fall through the cracks. * Informing Others: You are an effective communicator passing information on to others to enable action. * Performance Focus: You push yourself and others for results. * Follow Through: You are focused on priorities and don't let the details fall through the cracks. * Organized: You assemble all necessary materials and information before starting a task.
