Customer Service Representative Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00/hr \| Full-Time \| On-Site TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a key client in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, process repair orders, and coordinate across internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a structured process environment, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do * Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries * Process repair orders and quotes in accordance with standard procedures, routing requests to the appropriate teams when needed * Coordinate and document the receipt and repair of equipment in compliance with federal policies and internal procedures * Use SAP to input and extract repair and materials data * Handle a high volume of written communication and data with accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborate with internal departments on warranty, credit, and billing matters * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate customer support * Track and document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality standards * Perform light physical tasks including boxing and unboxing equipment (up to 15 lbs) What We're Looking For Required: * High school diploma or AA/AS degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience - OR - 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma or degree * Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in email and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: * SAP experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
